A customer may return items purchased within 14 days of receipt when complying with the following:
- Goods must be in original condition
- Goods must be in the original packaging
- Cushions, socks, footwear, make-up, earrings, bottles, storage containers are not returnable due to hygiene related reasons
- Electronic products may be Returned/Exchanged/Refunded within 7 days from purchase of items.
