Payment & Refunds

All the items will be sold at the price listed on the website at the time your order is accepted. The price already holds Value Added Tax (VAT). Many well-known credit cards can be used to make payments on this website in Euros.

Order Cancellation and Changes

Until the lapse of two (2) working hours of placing your order, you may cancel it by contacting our customer service department, subject that the order is still at our stores. If you cancel an order after it has been sent, you must return the items in accordance with our return policy.  Although we do our best to accept returns, we reserve the right to refuse the return of products particularly cosmetics and other items that can be worn.

Promotional Offers

Promotional deals are only valid for a short time or until stocks last. We will contact you before dispatching the goods if your order is issued after the sale period has ended or if the goods are no longer available under that particular offer. Discounts and discount packages cannot be included at the same time.

Refunds for merchandise bought under a discount package are subject to the promotional price’s terms. Promotional deals do not apply to sale products or non-discountable lines. Promotions cannot be combined with any exclusive offers.

Stock Shortages on Popular Goods

We make every effort to ensure that the items on our website are readily available. We do, however, sometimes run out of such products. We will try to keep you updated on when the item will be available again.

Standard Delivery

The items you order are entitled to our Standard Delivery service and will be delivered to the address you specify during the checkout process.We guarantee delivery within 5 working days anywhere in Malta (as an island) while for Gozo the service is less frequent.Kindly enquire by contacting the store for next available delivery to Gozo.

Other Delivery Service

These delivery services are subject to confirmation within the next working hour, and are detailed below:

  • If you prefer the Malta NEXT DAY service, your order must be placed before 15:00 hours (3pm) on any working day for delivery the next day. A €5.00 fee will be charged at the time of checkout.
  • During working days, we will have an hourly delivery service. For delivery within an hour, your order must be placed before 15:00 hours (3pm) of any working day. At checkout, a fee of €10.00 will be charged;
  • We have a next-day service to our sister island of Gozo. For delivery the next day, your order must be completed before 15:00 hours (3pm) of any working day. A €6.00 charge will be added at checkout.
  • You can also pick up your order for free from our Shop in Pjazza Tigne, Sliema. However, orders must be placed on the website and may be collected after a full working day.
Notification of Claims

You must contact us within 1 hour of actual delivery if there are any shortages or other inconsistencies with your order/delivery. If you fail to do so, we will not be responsible for any losses or damages.

Returns Policy

If we are told within 24 hours of delivery of an item bought on our website, we will gladly accept it back. The item must be returned to our Shop in Pjazza Tigne, Sliema in its original, undamaged packaging. The goods must be returned at the expense of the customer. Within 7 days, we will issue a refund, including any related shipping costs.

Regardless of this return policy, we will not allow returns of any of the following object groups:

  • Cosmetic Items
  • Items that may be/might have been worn or used.
Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any of the items you bought from XimiVogue, you must return the item(s) (see contact us) and notify us in writing of your reasons for dissatisfaction. If necessary, XimiVogue will contact the suppliers on your behalf and resolve your complaint as soon as possible, while keeping you updated accordingly.
